The only adjustment in the pedal movement is in the stop light switch.
You can loosen the locknut and run it in and out. I don't think this is
your problem, but check anyway.

Neither is the bleed nipple, although it is a problem in its own right.
You need to extract it somehow eventually, and sooner rather than later
(to finish bleeding once this problem is resolved).

I don't have a reference for the MGC servo (it doesn't look like Moss
carries any C-specific brake parts -- I'm surprised). From the picture in
Clausager it's pretty apparent that the outermost fitting is the output
(the one farthest from the drum-shaped section). But the photos are of
RHD cars, and I know that the brake servo is one thing that is often
different in LHD cars. So could you describe your system?

My assumption has been that it is a single-line MC with a line running to
a separate servo, which looks like a drum with its axis set on a
horizontal line parallel to the direction of motion of the car. The servo
may have one or two lines coming out of it, depending whether you have
single or dual braking circuits. Is this correct? The late B has the
servo integrated into the MC. And some cars seem to have a funny-looking
servo with a saucer-shaped cover set at an angle.

Keep us posted.

Runs great,
looks particularly bad since some SUV clown backed into it.
If you're near Mountain View, CA,
it's the red one with the silver bootlid.
