Dear all,
I have a query about the O/D switch on the gear stick - do
they tend to wear out?
I've had sporadic problems over the past couple of months
when the o/d will not engage. On these occasions I
have found that if I pressed the slider switch with greater
force the o/d would kick in.
Sometimes it will work for weeks without a problem. Now it
seems to have packed up altogether. I've checked the
connections under the switch and also the connections
beneath the trim console.
Any thoughts?
