Hey folks!
I finally got my top from Caribou Canvas last week and I'm going to try
installing it this afternoon.
I love the material and from what I can see by laying it out on the living
room floor, they did a good job making it. I will say that ,as someone
stated a while back, they only install a couple of snaps. The rear Tenex
snaps(for Midget) aren't installed but are marked. The windshield frame
snaps aren't installed but are marked. The only snaps that are installed are
the 2 pair that hold the top to the frame at the upper rear of the door
windows. Also, the snaps that aren't installed aren't supplied with the top.
The Tenex snaps are reusable so it's no big deal that they're not supplied.
I will also say that for the price of the top, buying snaps is not a big
deal. The top looks and feels like a very good quality canvas top and at
189 + shipping...what do you expect.
So...now for my question. Does anyone have any advice or comments that I may
find useful for installing this top? This is the first top I have done and
want to get it right.
