Well in my opinion, the 73 - 74 chrome bumper B's are the best.  They have
the fresh air vents, elbow rest on the door panels and got back to a real
glove box instead of the padded dash.  So.....now that everyone has
expressed just about every year chrome bumper production, take your best
guess.
