I have seen shows about South Africa where car owners mount flamethrowers
under rockers to incinerate anyone who tampers with car.  You might want
to look into that.  Alternitavely tell your son to make friends with some
really scary people.  I have found that people are much less likely to
mess with your car if you have mean friends.
