Well thanks for all the replies to my question as to what decision to make
concerning the buying of a GT or a Midget. THe vote was clearly in favor
of buying the GT (14 to zero actually) so I have made a decision. After
talking it over with my wife, I have decided to purchase both of the cars.
As I mentioned earlier I wanted both a midget and a GT and my wife knew
that so she suggested I go ahead and buy both (what a great wife !!!!). I
called the lady this morning and sure enough she took my offer and now I
just have to wait until the owner of the GT gets back in town to look it
over again real good and hopefully get it as well. I was prepared to
forget hte Midget and buy the GT based on the replies to my e-mail but now
things look to be able to get both.
Thanks again for the advice. I still am looking for advice on what all to
look for all the potential problems on the GT and if anyone has any advice
on adding A/C to the GT. IT is a 73 model.
