Replacing front schocks on a '57 A.

Well after topping up the oil in the front shocks on a weekly basis I have
finally come to the conclusion that I just gotta replace them.

Having never done this before I would appreciate any hints, tips and tricks
that anyone could provide re the removal and replacement process.

Also any recommendations for sources for rebuilt or new shocks would be
appreciated.
