  I had a JUdson blower on fresh Corvair engine.  Wouldn't buy another
for ANY engine if they are going to offer the same vane-type unit as I
had.  It's noisy, it' uses oil injection (MM oil was recommended) to
lube the vanes and if it's run hard on the highway the vanes heat up and
warp, losing contact with the housing so boost decreases until they cool
off.  The turbo on the Spyder engines was better. YMMV.
