Nope... well I hope not.

I am frequently 'stuffed' at the end of a long day at work (or
alternatively, rooted or buggered) which is another way of saying
'wrecked'.  The remaining word in this list may not be for public
consumption but may give some indication as to why you might think that
'stuffed' meant being pregnant.
