  On a flow bench, the HIF SUs flow a little more air.

  It is between 67 and 73 that the infamous "measurement
changes" would have occured, so comparing before and after
figures are not too meaningful.

  You will notice that the Midget 1500 was faster in
press tests than the A-series midgets, both in 0-60
and top speed, although in the HP graphs this seems
unlikely.
