V8 brake pads

hello all,
someone, (Kevin?), mentioned a while ago that there was a right, (as opposed
to wrong), way to install the MGB V8 brake pads that Moss sells. Can anyone
out there enlighten me.  I would also like to add my thanks to people like
Lawrie, Barney and many others who take the time to give helpful advice on
this list.
