Agree,

Standard were disc wheels where painted wired wheels were optional.
Later B's had standard rostyle wheels with painted wired wheels.
Chromed wired wheels were as far as I know non-factory option.

Jack, I don't believe that the Minilites were factory options.  I think they
were dealer installed.
