Excuse me, but I (at least) was referring to the report of 10% benzene 
content in gasoline in France. That's one part in TEN (for the 
mathematically challenged), which is 100 million times higher 
concentration than PPB. I think that would be something worth worrying 
about, if true. However, I don't think it could be true, at least not in 
the last 4 decades. The textbook being quoted was first published early 
in the previous century. Isn't it funny how any mention of these issues 
brings up a kneejerk response...
