Just got the Sept. Hot Rod. There's an article on Land Speed Racing in
North Carolina !
The East Coast Timing Association operates a one mile track with ample
shut down area for 200 MPH runs. In the article there is a '78 Skylark
with a '61 Buick alm. V-8 in it.
With only 183 cubes it goes 150 plus. The ECTA also has a site at ;
roadsters.com/etca ,if anyone is interested. Who wants to " TOP END
" ?
