I'll second that message! I lived through the gas crisis of the '70s,
and I NEVER want to see that again.  My understanding is that this is a
tax protest, I hope it is resolved soon.

I remember lining up on our designated day to buy gas, keeping the MG
off the road with a full tank of gas since we were awaiting the birth of
our daughter, turning in  a rental car for another when the gas ran low
on business trips because you couldn't find gas, people burning their
houses down by improperly storing gasoline, gas siphoners getting shot; 
you get the picture.  Not something anyone would ever want to experience
again.  Not quite Road Warrior, but as close as I want to get.  Next
time people may shoot the tires out of gas guzzling SUVs to get their
gas!
