Hmm, mine worked, but I bought it at a local auto supply/machine shop, 
not a chain, so I don't know what brand it is. It has the T-shaped frame 
with 3 wheels, and breaks down for storage, if that is any help. Also it 
is a bright orange color, and the mounting plate rotates on a large 
diameter pivot, is secured by a pin, and has four arms attached into 
slots for maximum flexibility of positioning.
