Probably nothing to worry about. This time of year, with
the cold temps and little MG use, it is just condensation in 
the engine mixing with the oil and producing the tan coloured
froth you see. Take the car for a looong drive and it should
disappear. 

This is also an indication of a blown head-gasket, but if
it were, you notice a loss of coolant.
