80 MGB - antirun on valve electrical circuit

In trouble shooting my antirun on valve not working, I have determined that
the grey purple wire to the valve is not hot with the key off and out.
Traced wire into wrapped harness.  Traced grey wire from ignition switch
through plug and into wrapped harness.  Did not find the inline fuse
anywhere.

Surely it is not inside the wrapped harness.

Any recommendations on where the fuse should be physically located?
