My previous lease car was a Rover Estate, a derivate of the Austin Montego.
These cars were in the saloon version for years the fastest MG cars built
equipped with a turbo charged engine these outperformed the BGTV8's in
(speed only!).
Some streets from my home lives a guy, who has rebadged his Rover Estate to
MG with a metallic green color. Looks nice for what it's worth...
