Indeed you can, and very simply too.  Just need a can to catch the fuel
exiting the float bowl.  Found the 'sleeve' (for lack of a better term) of
the grommet that encircles the banjo bolt had stretched.  Now replaced with
new grommets and dry as can be.
Knowing how simple the fix is, I will carry a spare set of grommets and a
1/4 Whitworth wrench whereever I go.
