There are no standard garage sizes. Even the same builder will build
different size garages in different models. Individual lots may require
a modification to a garage to accommodate the mandated setback. Having
said that, in recent years you'll normally find the minimum depth for a
garage is 20', many are 24'.
So what does this have to do with LBCs? Not much. However when you are
buying a home it is a good idea to take a tape measure to the garage.
