I had something similar going on with my 76 roadster.
After about 20 minutes to a half hour of normal driving all four brakes would
slow lock up. After a cool down ( or as I realized pressure bleed ) period
they would be fine for a little bit.
What I ended up doing was replace the pressure relief valve in the servo unit.
I don't even know if the '69 had one, hope this helps a little.
