There's a reason they left the more powerful chemical out of the low odor
variety. Methylene Chloride is not the most pleasant stuff. Wear good
rubber gloves, not playtex dishwashing grade, and avoid the fumes. Ask for
MSDS sheets where you buy your products and read them. It is you right to
know what you are dealing with. If you can't get a MSDS try this link:

http://www.msdssearch.com/DBLinksN.htm

It leads to multiple searchable databases.

Here is the health hazard data for methylene chloride, for your information
LD50 is lethal dose in 50% of the rats tested based on body weightl

Bill, who still probably has vanadium in my liver from 1973 when the rules
were different.

I might add: Don't be tempted to buy the new "Low odor"
variety of this product. Yes, it is much more pleasant to use.
However, I found out what they left out to make it odor
free: The part that strips paint! The new stuff barely works.
