Looking at another MGB. It is a dark red 1979, does NOT have O/D, wish it
did. Does have new tires, new top, body seems to be in good shape, some
small rust bubbles, crack in the dash, crack in front of the drivers side
mirror. Paint is dated but looks good. Runs as good as any MGB I have ever
driven. The only thing that does not work is the speedo. Has a Sony CD
stereo, MG bra. I am having trouble getting a handle on its value. They
are asking $4500 and I think that is much to high. The good thing is that
it is only 40 miles from the house. Every other MG I have bought, I drove
no less than 3 hours. MGs are not as prevalent in Kentucky, as hot rods and
muscle cars. Any advice would be great.

PS What do you call the color that is a dark red, almost like the engine
paint color.
