The 80 B has a starter relay.  It is the can shaped thing on the right inner
fender closest to the firewall.  There are 4 leads.Jump the brown with the
brown and white.  The starter should engage.  If it doesn't, go to the starter
and jump the thick brown wire with the brown and white.  The starter should
engage.  If it engages when the relay is jumped, you either need a new relay
or you have a prblem with the switch or wiring..  If it doesnt, but does
engage when the starter is jumped, there is a wiring problem between the relay
and the starter.  If the starter spins when jumped, but doesn't engage, you
need a solenoid.
