I wouldn't be so quick to say the carpet was anything done by a DPO. My
'79, with Champagne interior, has black carpet on the floor and tranny
tunnel, but tan on the battery cover area and rear wheel well area.
Given the wear on my carpeting, I believe all of it is original.
