To add to what Barney said, Tom:

"Foam" on pentatrent fluid and let soak!!  BIG time.  Couple of applications
will NOT hurt.

Step 1:  Make your first try CLOCKwise (tighten).
Step 2:  Re-apply oil.  Soak.
Step 3:  Re-apply oil.  Soak.
Step 4:  Re-apply; wait a tad and "try" an "undo".  Take what ever it
"gives" you.  STOP.
Step 5:  Repeat Step 3.
Step 6:  Repeat Step 1.
Step 7:  Repeat Step 4.
Step 8:  Repeat Step 3.

Etc., Etc., Etc.............................

Works.
