The annoying thing is that I heard something that I thought might ahve
been pinging, but it had a different "note" than pinging has had in
any other car I've played with. I also double checked the timing to
allay my fears.

I've found something worse than oldies station that play the music I used to
listen to. Oldies stations that play the "new" music I used to complain about.
