VB usually gets a bad rap. Twice I have had bad parts from them, and twice
the have not only replaced them but paid to have the new part installed. In
one case it was years later and they still made good. Apparently folks just
go away mad instead of letting them know there are problems. They handled
the situation quickly, and without too much of a fuss. The only problem was
that the folks in customer service need a bit of prodding, but they do come
through for you.
