Steve - Depending on the climate in your area, there may be enough rust buildup
in the a-arms to block easy insertion of the bushing...after a wire wheel or
sanding drum on my drill, I also use a little silicon-type grease to facilitate
the installation, sometimes with the use of a vise or c-clamp.
