There are bolts at either end. One right between the tach and speedo, one
in the middle of the glove box, one on the right hand end of the driver side
and one between the fresh air inlets.

You can get them all out without removing any wiring or gauges, but the Tach and
speedo come out easily with a 1/4 turn (don't remember which way), I found out
after I pulled mine.

You'll need a really short screwdriver an L bended on works better for removing
the glove box.

What color are you going to paint it?

Paul.
