I didn't know they got far enough to have an engine ready before Chris
Pook gave Ford the exclusive rights to CART. You have to love the new
series name "Bridgestone Presents The Champ Car World Series Powered by
Ford."

Judd filed a lawsuit against CART, but will there be anything left by
the time it gets to court? I couldn't tell if the CART St Pete race had
a good turnout, but the Homestead IRL race stands looked empty. I wish
that stupid split never happened!!!

There are so few cars in the two major US open wheel circuits that there
isn't much racing. There are only 17 cars in CART, total. I think that
everyone qualifies. There were only 21 IRL cars that qualified at
Homestead. And now F1 loses another team (Arrows). I'm starting to
like NASCAR by default.

Tad, get some good pictures at Sebring, if I lived near a major track, I
think I would take up photography...

IIRC, the MG(Judd) engine is what remains from the CART engine endevour.

And yes I will be at Sebring taking many photos. Just like last year.
Hopefully the rumour is true about one of the factory MGC GTS
lightweights being on display this year.
