I just bought a 1975 issue of Car and Driver magazine
on eBay (for non-MG reasons), and it has a gorgeous
two-color, full-page ad for the 1975 MGB in it. It's
celebrating the golden anniversary, and the headline
reads:
"Standard equipment on every 1975 MGB: 50 years of
thundering legends."
Anyone with a '75 want it? I can get it out of the
magazine pretty cleanly and send it so it won't get
beat up. I collect old advertisements of
special-interest cars I've owned, frame them, and hang
them around the walls of my garage. (My wife won't
let me hang them anywhere else...)
Let me know. I'll even eat the postage, assuming it's
going to a good home!
