If those are fused, then the kingpin is probably bad as well. Since 
lubrication for that is greasing the kingpin.

It also can mean that the hole in the a-arm is ovalled out since 
undoubtably, the suspension travel is the bolt moving in the a-arm.

That's the way mine was when I bought it.
