I believe Kevin was talking about all the different brands of Lotus 7
replicas and spin-offs that are available today. That was a good question, I
thought, but probably more likely to be answered on the Lotus list.

For the type of comparison Jim is talking about, my copy of Road & Track on
MG 1962-1980 is a great source. I believe they published volumes on other
marques as well. Probably all out of print, but used copies are likely still
available.
