Yes ! KY Jelly really DOES help the B heater go to place. Used it tonight, 
and the heater went POP and into place.
What did I forget, however???
The cable for the defroster direction flap! 
So, out the heater came and tomorrow night I will do it all over again, but 
never again without the slippery stuff.
