OK, I own an 1968 MGC GT that I purchased in June off of eBay. I know I must be
crazy, but you can find a nice example if you are prepared to look.

I happen to live in the UK and know of at least 2 MGC specialiststs that do
business with customers in the US.

I have access to an APO address and within reason I am willing to offer help in
US mailing of parts. No I am not a business I am an MG owner willing to help
other MG owners. Again within reason. No engine blocks ;)

OK, My 2 cents on MGC buying. You must be far more careful with the chassis on
the Cs. THe inner body panels are no longer available. All of the
wings(fenders) doors etc. are interchangable with the Bs. Make sure you find a
really good bodyshop person. Someone who can make panels and weld them into
place for you. Mostly all mechanical parts are available, either new,
remanufactured or used. Most of the mechanicals are your part is rebuilt.

After market is a little different here too. I have both the Moss Europe and US
catalogues. They are completely different.

Oh well, this is my first post and I'm not sure if this will post or not.

Cheers,

Steve
