Hi all.

The work on my "rest free" MGB is coming along quite well. I've managed
to get all the electrical working except for a hazard switch that
disintegrated, and it's running pretty good considering it needs a carb
tune badly.

My current question involves the clutch. Mine slips! The car will move
but wont chirp it's tires and it slips in any gear when you apply
throttle. The clutch also engages very late in the pedal travel, this
leads me to question if maybe the clutch isn't engaging all the way,
instead of being worn out.
The car only has 44k on it, would a clutch go out so soon?
Could the clutch disk have become saturated with oil or something from
sitting 20yrs?
I don't see any adjustment on the clutch pedal like on other cars i own.
Is there any adjustment?
Is there any thing you can do to cc if the clutch isn't completely
engaged?
Sorry for rambling!
thanks
