This is not a problem When the lower a-arm is lowered enough to completely
relieve the pressure from the spring, that spring is still tucked nicely in
the nests at both ends and can never escape. When there is no more
extension on the spring you still have to push the a-arm down farther to
lift out the spring. This is exactly the procedure detailed in the MGA and
MGB shop manuals. No spring tie down is required.
