hazards

I'm having trouble with the hazard/turn signal flashers. I've determined
they both work, but are wired incorrectly.
On the 79B it has two flasher units under the right side of the dash; they
are the same area, but one is twice as tall (high) as the other. I know how
they should be wired but don't know which unit is flashers and which is
hazards. Help?
