Any tips on loosening a stubborn brake hose from the front caliper?
I've sprayed PB Blaster on the thing 4 or 5 times, letting it sit for
a while in between each. Locking pliers succeeded only in further
destroying the hex head.

I don't even know what size wrench I should be using. 9/16" is too
small, 5/8" too big. My guess is 19/32", but have been unable to
find one of those. (It's also between two metric sizes, but I forget
which ones as I sit here and write this.) I do not know if these are
original hoses or not.

They're not leaking but do look like they've seen better days. I
thought I'd spend an evening changing all the brake hoses, but two
evenings later all I have done is the rear one.
