Paintless dent repair?

The passenger door on my MGB had a little accident with a shop light
last night (don't ask).
The paint isn't damaged, but there's a nice dent/crease in the middle of
the door skin. 

I'm wondering if this can be fixed with "paintless dent repair".  Anyone
ever done this?
If so, did it work?
