A 75 should use the white/green behind the console for a radio as that is
still powered with the engine off and is disconnected with the key out.  Did
the PO just grab that wire because it was there or for a particular reason,
I wonder?  Why not use it for both?  Or better still wire the horn back to
the purple (always hot, fused) circuit as it should.  Alternatively you
could use the purple circuit for the radio (goes to the courtesy light on
the console) but that would allow the radio to operate with the key out, or
from the green circuit (fused ignition) where it would only operate with the
ignition on.  Proper white/green sounds best :o)
