Hmm, looking at cars on the street I would say the opposite is generally
true. Disk brakes generate more dust, and that dust is more likely to wind
up on the wheels. Cars with 4-wheel disk brakes I suppose would be closer to
the same, but the front pads would still wear out faster. But at any rate I
think we are talking about more than the normal brake dust dirt here, or he
wouldn't have commented on it in the first place.
