Be aware that one of the motivation for phishers is to steal a persons eBay
log in name and password. The phisher perpetrates fraud on eBay using
stolen a ID, this could explain the good feedback history of the supposed
seller in the fraud you detected. A good eBay feedback rating means very
little these days.
