Barrie:
In the 70's and at least early 80s Datsun used a hard plastic tank
system with the pump mounted to the bottom of the tank not to a mouning
bracket. The tank had a wedge shaped area on the side which slipped
into a corresponding slot. Sometimes an L bracket was used to hold the
tank and sometimes the slot was part of another component of the
vehicle. The tank was about 8 inches square. This was just a
windscreen washer and not part of the radiator overflow like what I've
seen on my Ford truck.
