I thought it was a bit but there was a mention of the dreaded rust on
the driver's floorboard. Its presence in other areas could quickly make
it into a $2000-2500 car, or even lower. Appearance is everything.

$2700 sounds low to me for a decent, solid car with very few problems.
Every
time I see one advertised around here, people are asking $4-5000 for
good
B's, usually more for a chrome bumper car. If the car has OD, I'd go
even
higher.
