I Doubt it - I was insured through the MG Owners Club insurance
services, I wouldn't have thought they'd be insuring a Vauxhall Corsa
van delivering Pizzas...
The only amusing bit of it was the relative damage level - the front of
the pizza van was barely recognisable as a Corsa, radiator punctured and
blowing steam everywhere, a right mess. The only obvious damage to the
MG was a broken tail-light!! Of course, a slight buckle above the wheel
arch told a sorrier tale, and there was damage to the rear floor of the
car which was universally considered "beyond economic repair", but
nothing to stop me continuing to drive the car for the months we kept
arguing with the insurance co.!
