Another warning with refunds.  EBay / Paypal won't refund shipping, so if
you're dealing with an auction where you bought cheap parts that are
expensive to ship, you will only get the auction price back.  Even if you
paid by Paypal.  My dad got bitten on a large collection of BMW motorcycle
parts in Cali.  The shipping to Ohio was two times what he paid for the
parts.  After two months or so of fighting with EBay, they refunded the
auction price only and he got to eat the shipping money.
