Do not fully agree Bert on the income subject.
I know there is quite a big group of Dutch people driving 25+ years cars, in 
order to reduce cost.
These cars are typical Mercedes, Opel, Peugeot etc. with (highly polluting) 
diesel engines.
They pay no tax and very low low insurance premium, because their car is a 
classic.

the storm is terrible overhere / for the 2nd time I can start fixing the 
roof of the garden house.
Damage is severe now.
I moved all important stuff to the the brick built garage like the classic 
mopeds we also have...
